Fire Risk Assessment
Reducing fire risk in the workplace
The ‘Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005’, places legal duties upon the responsible person in England and Wales, with similar duties in place for Scotland and Northern Ireland, that requires that the responsible person / duty holder of any non-domestic premises, carries out a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment.
We are able to complete fire risk assessments on behalf of the responsible person, to assist them in complying with the legislation.
Our fire risk assessors will visit your premises to undertake a visual site survey, review the current fire safety related documentation and complete interviews with key employees. They are then able to complete the fire risk assessment, which will include a prioritised action plan for the responsible person.
This comprehensive assessment will assist in maintaining or reducing the level of fire risk within premises.
